Meeting Facilitator

Each circle has a facilitator, who's purpose is to ensure the circle's governance and tactical meetings are aligned with the ETG Way.

Accountabilities:

• Facilitating the Circle's ETG Way-required meetings (tactical, governance), ensuring all voices are heard and the meeting's intentions are met

• Coaching circle members on meeting processes either on request or when needed for effective meetings

• And if no Secretary Role exists within the Circle the following accountabilities are added:

• Ensuring that a Scribe is assigned to take notes

• Updating Sobol with Governance changes (roles & operating agreements)

• Scheduling required meetings (Tactical & Governance)

Measures: Meetings are held regularly and effectively process the tensions of the circle according to the ETG Way.
