If you have been working with us for at least three months as a full-time team member, you are eligible for our comprehensive benefits package administered by .

The package includes Dental, Prescription, Extended Health Care (Chiropractic services, Physical Therapy, etc), Vision Care, Out of Country Medical Emergency Service, Life Insurance, and Long Term Disability.

ET Group covers all the premiums, except for Life Insurance and Long Term Disability for which you pay a monthly premium.

ET Group also offers an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) that provides personal and confidential assistance and resources to you and your family, including family counseling, addiction counseling, mental wellness, crisis intervention, and extensive wellness resources. Many of these resources are accessible through Victor's secure site and are free and confidential.
