Profit Sharing Plan

The Profit Sharing Plan is for any team member energizing a role on an ongoing basis.

The Finance team will set a target for financial performance based on growth projections and the ability to meet financial obligations.

If the company exceeds this target, 30% of the extra profit will go into a bonus pool.

The bonus pool will be shared equally among all team members based on their length of employment during the year. New or part-time employees will receive a prorated amount. The bonus can also be converted to shares.

Payment of the bonus will be made based on a schedule developed by the finance team, with the goal of paying it within the calendar year.
