Items for Consideration

Key Governance Hot Topics include:

  • Creating a Role: A new role needs to be created.

  • Amending a Role: An existing role needs additional clarification or accountability.

  • Destroying a Role: An existing role becomes obsolete and needs to be destroyed.

  • Creation of a Circle: A new circle (i.e. a collection of roles) needs to be created.

  • Creation of an Operating Agreement: An operating agreement needs created to establish shared behaviours across all roles in a circle.

  • Amending an Operating Agreement: An existing operating agreement needs to be revised based on experience (i.e. data).

  • Making changes to the Governance Process: Changes to the current Governance Process can be made at any time by using the existing process.
