# Governance Process

**How to Run a Governance Meeting using the GDM Process**

Generally prior to a Governance meeting, proposed topics will be shared with the Circle, giving members time to review the topic. Often a preliminary proposal will also be shared with Circle members.

The following is a basic structure to process governance decisions using the GDM process:
