Covid-19 Vaccination Policy
ET Group has adopted this policy to increase the protection and safety of our team members (employees and contractors). This policy aims to reduce the transmission of COVID-19 within the workplace. The company is committed to protecting the health and safety of its team members and the public during the COVID-19 public health emergency.
This policy will come in full effect as of November 1, 2021 and may be modified as new information becomes available and requirements change.
Guidelines
Team members of ET Group are encouraged to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to help prevent and limit the spread.
As per the directives from our clients, any team member going to, or working at a client site is required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. To be considered fully vaccinated, the vaccine received must be approved by the World Health Organization, and the final dose must have been administered at least 14 days ago.
The Team member may be asked to provide proof of full vaccination when on a client site. ET Group will not share a team member’s status with any client unless we have written permission from the team member.
If a team member is unable to meet our clients’ directive, they are encouraged to start a Role Advice Process (RAP) or they may be required to participate in a Future Role Advice Process by the Lead Link of their team (FRAP).
If there are any questions or concerns, please contact your Lead Link or Mark Bystrek in his HR Generalist role.
